A Georgian George III Solid Silver Masonic Pendant / Medal. This large pendant featured engraved designs on both sides. The fist side shows the traditional Freemason Compass imposed above various elements including a ladder and a sword. The words Amor, Honor et Justitia are shown on a banner meaning Love, Honor and Justice - the Motto of the Grand Lodge of England until 1813. A further banner states H. Bowers - Lodge no. 58

The other side shows a knight in armour standing with a coffin and a skill with various other elements illustrated, including a ladder and book.

Made in England.
