A gorgeous, substantial Antique Georgian George III Solid Silver Basket. This oval basket has a shaped rim and the interior is embellished with bright cut engrvaing patterns and a delicate pierced and engraved pattern on the rim. The basket stands on a wide oval pedestal foot and has a sturdy swing handle. The foot, handle and rim is decorated with a classic reeded band.
Made in London.
