A lovely French Silver Gilt and Enamel Reliquary. This gorgeous item is of substantial weight and was lined inside to be used as an Etui Case. The reliquary is created in deep relief showing an image of a woman in a niche standing on a raised platform with two griffins in either side. The curved back has delicate engraved detailing.
Made in France.

This Reliquary is in excellent condition. The opening clasp is very stiff, however. Please not it is the case only - none of the Etui contents.
