A Victorian Silver Trowel featuring an ornate handle with and engraved crest and a delicate engraving on the trowel. The handle has a small crest engraved on it. This trowel is a good weight, and are also often purchased to use as a cake slice.

The engraving states Presented to Willm Childs Webb Esquire, Mayor of Newport. In grateful acknowledgement of his laying the Foundation Stone of the New Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in Risca, Monmouthshire. 2nd September 1951.
