A Vintage Solid Silver Golf Trophy on a painted wooden base featuring an image of a rabbit / hare and the words ICK! ICK! with a pair of Golf Clubs.

This trophy depicts Wilfred, the rabbit from the Daily Mirror strip cartoon 'Pip, Squeak and Wilfred'.
Wilfred often exclaimed Ick! Ick! and indeed the secret greeting of members of the Gugnunc Club was "Ick ick par boo", to which the appropriate response was always, "Goo goo par nunc".

This Trophy is in good condition and is hallmarked. The paint on the base is a little worn.

Made in London.
